We start the season in July, riding from the Oro Valley Big Wash Trailhead then move to the Catalina area due to the lighting issues. This image gives an idea of the trails and landmarks we refer to. We often ride on State Trust Land so please obtain your Arizona State Land Department Online Recreational Permit to access State Trust land for certain types of recreational activities including camping, MOUTAIN BIKING, bird watching, GPS-based recreational activities (geocaching), hiking, horseback riding, off-highway vehicle (OHV) usage, photography, picnicking, and sightseeing.

Where do we race…..
Please Volunteer at the Arizona Races, there are many opportunities throughout each weekend. To successfully put on a race, 150 volunteers between setup day and the end of racing? Volunteering at ACA races is a fun, low commitment, and rewarding way to get involved and to cheer on the student-athletes! We hope that you’ll donate a few hours of your time.
Volunteers may sign up for as many races as they wish. Every volunteer who signs up for three or more races will receive a special edition t-shirt! Wear it proudly as you volunteer at races throughout the season. The ACA Team is tracking volunteer signups and at the end of the season the top 5 teams in each conference with the highest volunteer participation will be rewarded. Team awards may be applied to any product purchased from longtime ACA supporter Strike Visuals – fully custom tents, flags, and more!
